Remember:

• All tour operators / principals are liable for consumer protection under EU package travel regulations. The CAA's ATOL provides consumer protection for packages including air travel but for all other packages the tour operator e.g. coach operator needs to organise consumer protection in order to comply with the regulators.
   
• The Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) UK is the voice of the road transport industry in the UK, representing bus, coach and light-rail operators.
